Scenario Manager

Scenario Manager is an integrated Incident Planning & Execution Tool that allows for the definition of "Tiered Response Plans."  Incident scenarios can be chained-together, based on events and their dependencies with other tasks, or procedures that must be followed in a step-by-step, or "decision tree" (IF-THEN Logic) fashion. This application module sets a new paradigm in achieving NIMS compliance and electronic execution of response plans and mutual aid requests.

This module integrates with our current Alerting, Communications Interoperability and Collaboration Tools to automatically activate multiple forms of communication. In addition, the system can also "speak" to external systems (VIA XML, SQL, VoIP, etc.) to either poll external systems, or more importantly, external events can trigger incident and event scenarios in the SmartMsg System.

This new module is uniquely innovative and will solve the needs of network operations centers, emergency management/EOC's and I.T. level of service and help desk issues at commercial and government organizations.
